El pago, seria recomendable efectuarlo al hotel, no via la pagina web.
Tambien decir que el diseño de la pagina de pago no es muy fiable.

Je viens de constater que mon compte a été débité des 80 euros de réservation.
J'ai payé deux fois 80 euros pour la réservation de l'hotel.
Il m a été réclamé le paiement de la chambre lors de mon départ.
Pouvez vous me donner les modalités nécessaire pour récupérer mon argent ?
